What is Myzone?

Myzone measures your personal heart rate data and divides your performance into 5 zones to better reflect your effort individually.

Myzone Effort Points

Based on the zones, you collect the so-called MEPs. With these, athletes of all fitness levels can compare their efforts and compete with each other.

Myzone Wearables

For measurement, you can choose from sensors for the chest, arm, or wrist, or use your smartwatch.

Myzone at HYRAYSE

For our HIIT workout, we distribute Myzone wearables to all participants. During the training, we can track your individual effort and display the zones as well as the MEPs on our screen. This way, we create a competition where athletes are fairly evaluated based on their individual capabilities.
