Open Gym means free training without guidance from a coach. At HYRAYSE, you can train independently on our 300m² outdoor space – with functional equipment and maximum flexibility. Perfect for those who want to design their training individually.

Outdoor Gym

An outdoor gym is a fitness studio in the open air. HYRAYSE offers you the latest training equipment outdoors – for functional training, circuit training, or Open Gym. Fresh air, more energy, and effective fitness training in any weather.

Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that harmonizes the body, mind, and breath. Outdoor yoga at HYRAYSE combines natural movement with the power of nature – ideal for improving flexibility, balance, and inner peace.

Cardio/ Cardiotraining

Cardio training improves endurance and strengthens the cardiovascular system. At HYRAYSE, we combine classic cardio elements with functional movements – outdoors, intense, and effective.

Abdominal Training

Targeted abdominal training strengthens the core and supports good posture. Our Core and HIIT workouts at HYRAYSE include effective exercises for strong, functional abdominal muscles.

Bootcamp

Core/ Coretraining

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
